Today's smoothie include Mango and Globe Grapes and
Kefir
Chia
Banana
1/2 Apple
Orange
Strawberries
Spinach
Broccoli
Cabbage
Carrot
Vanilla extract
Ice
Water
The grapes have a ton of juice in them. Can cut way back on the other added liquid.
Also mangos thicken up like bananas so be careful.
